EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

·       Requires high school diploma; Associates degree preferred

·       Requires a minimum of three years’ experience in Anti-Reflection processes, preferably as a manager or supervisor

·       Requires Clean Room experience

·       Requires a minimum of 5 years of Optical lab experience

·       Must be comfortable as primary point of contact and responsibility for AR lab

·       Must be capable and willing to train others on an ongoing and routine basis to ensure strength within the department

·       Works harmoniously with others for extended hours, as required

·       Must be able to handle fast paced production, working under pressure or deadlines, dealing with multiple tasks, perform simple and repetitive tasks, pay attention to detail and must be able to control the direct work pace needed to keep up with the production line

·       Manage consumable usage with support from supply clerk

 

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

None

Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as

outlined in the HFHS’ Customer Service Policy

Must practice the customer skills as provided through on-going training and in-services.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

·       Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time

·       Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling is required

·       25 lbs. maximum lifting occasionally

·       Must be able to use fingers and hands to run the machine

·       Must be able to grasp, hold, turn or otherwise able to work with hands to fit lenses into the machine

·       Must be able to hear the machine running to ensure proper operation
