  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in healthcare, contact/call centers, healthcare access or other project management areas. 
  • Must be familiar with key issues in healthcare and relate their impact to the organization. 
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills and be guided by a compelling “client/customer” orientation. 
  • Experience with managing large, complex projects. 
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and interpersonal/relationship building skills are required.
  • Computer skills are essential and include word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software packages. 
  • Some knowledge and understanding of call center technology is preferred (workforce, telephony, CRM).
  •  Ability to take complex analysis and visualize the analysis in presentation or other formats for the audience to understand.
  • Ability to create summary presentations and excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
