IT Change Management Analyst Specialist
Responsible for configuring, coordinating, and supporting the interfaces used to migrate application builds between Epic EHR (Electronic Health Record) nonproduction and production environments using the Data Courier application; ensure efficient and secure transfer of EHR build data within the Epic EHR system; provide escalation support for all matters related to EHR printing; collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and application), troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity; coordinate data transfer and integration processes within healthcare organizations that use Epic Systems' Electronic Health Record (EHR) software; support the implementation and maintenance of data transfer mechanisms, ensuring the seamless flow of information across different components of the Epic EHR system; collaborate with IT teams (analysts, application teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders) to interface Epic environments through Epic’s Data Courier, ensuring data consistency and accuracy for application build data; optimize Data Courier configurations to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve the efficiency of data transfers; utilize and apply knowledge of Microsoft Visio, MS Office, Agile/SCRUM, Jira, GCP, Azure DevOps, HP-ALM, ERP, Teradata, Rally, SQL, ETL processes, SDLC, and SharePoint to perform assigned duties; ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information during data transfer and printing; stay current with industry regulations and compliance standards related to healthcare data in order to provide proper support; maintain accurate documentation of data courier configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures; generate reports and performance metrics related to data exchange and EHR printing operations; participate in Epic implementation Dry Run/testing activities as non-production data build migrates from non-production to production environments; work with application analysts on Data Courier and import/export functionality; resolve CID/UCI synchronization issues; work with core application team members to import, export, and troubleshoot master file migration; configure, monitor, and maintain the Epic Data Courier system to ensure accurate and timely data exchange; and participate in the assessment of current workflows and make recommendations for improvements.
Location: Detroit, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US.
Salary: $108,160 per year.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, as a Business Systems Analyst, as a Business Analyst, or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include three (3) years use of all the following: Agile/SCRUM, Jira, GCP, Azure DevOps, HP-ALM, ERP, Teradata, Rally, SQL, ETL processes, SDLC, and SharePoint.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
