Responsible for developing and conducting moderately complex applications and activities for the Henry Ford Health System using the Microsoft Office Suit and SharePoint; work with senior leadership, physicians, clinical and administrative staff to integrate applications into the workflow of the various clinics and business departments; design, plan, organize and facilitate computer-training programs for the department’s portfolio; support the creation of original lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, tip sheets, FAQs, webinars and multifaceted on-line eLearning content using electronic authoring tools; design assessments to measure employee knowledge and retention; create special lesson plans to accommodate senior leadership needs and schedules; monitor and recommend computer training trends and advancements; act as a support resource for ongoing clinical and business systems issues and questions for users as well as information technology personnel; provide on-call support as needed; conduct in-seat classroom training sessions as well as webinars for business portfolio applications; utilize and apply knowledge of MS Office Suite, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Captivate 4/6/9, Instructed led training, interactive/non-interactive E-Learnings, LMS, Curriculum Creation, Course Development, Need/Gap Analysis, SharePoint, Addie Model, and Bloom’s Taxonomy to perform assigned duties; conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to other team members on new applications added to the portfolio; and assist with the assessment of the knowledge transfer.

Location: Detroit, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US.
Salary: $85,030 per year

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Technology, Business Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as a Systems Analyst, as a Programmer Analyst, as a Business Applications Developer, or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include one (1) year use of all the following: MS Office Suite, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Captivate 4/6/9, Instructed led training, interactive/non-interactive E-Learnings, LMS, Curriculum Creation, Course Development, Need/Gap Analysis, SharePoint, and Addie Model. 
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience.
