Implementation Specialist - JCMR - Jackson, MI
Minimum Education
Associate degree or 2 years of college experience/or enrolled in an accredited program to attain an associate degree preferred OR more than 4 years’ experience in a physician practice, clinical setting or medical billing environment may be considered for candidates who possess a combination of qualifications.
Minimum Work Experience
2-3 Years of professional experience in Information Technology, in a medical office setting, or with medical billing is required.
Required Licenses/Certifications
Credentialing in an Epic application that corresponds to their area of expertise.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to remain calm and professional in a highly stressful situation.
Able to work as part of a highly functional team member performing varied and occasionally complex work.
Able to handle multiple assignments with flexibility to accommodate changing needs.
Demonstrate organizational skills to coordinate projects and work independently.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including listening and communicating clearly and with confidence.
Must have solid presentation skills, including the ability to command presence of audience during presentations and/or training sessions.
Must be able to adjust to varied needs and education levels of learners.
Must have solid customer service skills and system knowledge.
Must be available for occasional evenings, nights and weekends for meetings, problems, and upgrade support. Must be able to assume on-call responsibilities; requiring full availability to respond to support situations.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in an Epic application that corresponds to their area of expertise.
