With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice at Henry Ford Medical Center - Shelby North. Currently, this practice has 4 providers (3 physicians and 1 APP).  Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group.

•          This position will involve outpatient clinical care – Full spectrum primary care.

•          Experience with older adults and complex care a plus

•          Willingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care.

•          Opportunity for collaboration, education of medical students, residents, as well as participation in research

•          Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours.  Monday thru Friday including one Saturday per month.

•          Partners with other team members to foster and champion an inclusive workplace culture.

•          Demonstrates a strong commitment to JEDI principles.

•          Must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine

•          Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME/AOA accredited program is required
