Epic Trainer - Detroit
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-
High School Diploma, required.
-
Associates Degree or higher preferred in the fields of Education, Instructional Design, Medical Assisting, Nursing, Health Care Administration, Project Management or Information Technology.

Minimum of 3-5 years computer related experience required, preferably in a medical clinic setting or training in a hospital setting is preferred.

One to two years of experience with specialized information systems in a clinical healthcare environment and/or one to two years of clinical/healthcare training experience.

Experience EMR training and/or implementation a plus.
-
Knowledge of HFHS clinical and operational workflows, as well as policy and procedures is beneficial
-
Ability to consistently present scripted training materials to large groups, and to conduct engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences including management staff, nurses, medical assistants, ancillary support staff, physicians, mid-level providers (NP & PA) and others

Instructional Design experience preferred.
