Director of Anesthesia
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of related administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory leadership role.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree and several years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or academic administration, with demonstrated expertise in operational and financial management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic, complex environment.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and resource optimization.
- Strong leadership qualities, with exceptional skills in strategic planning, change management, and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with faculty, staff, and external partners effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, high-impact initiatives while ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and driving data-based decisions to achieve operational and clinical excellence.
- Knowledge of clinical operations, research administration, and healthcare regulatory standards.
