Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, technology, business or a related discipline.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of combined digital marketing/operations experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience leading digital marketing campaigns and projects that led to increased revenue, customer retention, and improved cross-department operations
  • Advanced knowledge of omnichannel marketing and demonstrated experience coordinating online and offline activities to drive business growth
  • Background in directly managing agency partners, especially digital partners
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain complex technical information to all levels of the organization
  • Experience with large-scale CMS platforms and a clear understanding of information architecture/governance and accessibility standards
  • Strong project manager with experience building and executing multi-year digital roadmaps

Preferred:

  • At least two (2) years serving in a product owner role of a corporation’s content management system, preferably Sitecore
  • At least one (1) year of applied usability experience
  • Project management experience
  • Agency experience
  • Hold a current Google Analytics certification
  • Hold a current Google Ads certification
  • Hold a current SEO certification from an accredited institution

Skills and Abilities:

  • Expert knowledge of web content management systems (CMS)
  • Command of search engine optimization and web copy writing
  • Expert knowledge of web site analytics platforms, i.e.Google Analytics
  • Expert organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Possess an advanced technical acumen with the ability to communicate technical requirements to business partners
  • Direct experience using JIRA (or other collaborative software) to manage projects including the support of user acceptance testing
  • Direct experience applying Agile and SCRUM digital delivery methodologies
  • Experience with wireframes and prototyping tools
  • Be a highly motivated self-starter. Candidate must be comfortable working independently to achieve a successful result with minimal guidance
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make complicated ideas understandable to a broad audience
  • Confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously and under deadlines
  • Possess proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Proficient in Google suite
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of digital development, including but not limited to .NET, HTML, Java Script, CSS, Flash, HTML5, PHP, XML/JSON, SOAP, REST, web services
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools like Moz, SEMrush, and Brightedge
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads
