As a Coding Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding and developing coders, promoting accuracy and compliance, and helping ensure every patient's clinical story is captured correctly.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Medical Record Sciences with certification as Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Administrator (RHIA) or CCS.
- Minimum 5 years of inpatient coding experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Anatomy and physiology
- Pathophysiology and disease processes
- Medical terminology
- Pharmacology
- ICD-10 coding systems
- Level I Trauma Center coding experience preferred
