Clinical Quality Coordinator - Health Alliance Plan - Troy
Education Required:
LPN with graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program or RN with bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Experience Required:
Minimum of three (3) years in the health insurance/health plan industry.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulatory standards.
Certifications/Licensures Required:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Michigan (active and unrestricted)
Skills and Abilities:
- Computer literacy (including the ability to navigate through internal and external systems)
- Meet mission/critical deadlines
- Appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity towards target population
- Must be organized and flexible in carrying out duties and assignments
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA)
