Chief Medical Officer-Henry Ford Allegiance Medical Group
- Doctorate degree in Medicine or related science; MBA or comparable degree preferred.
- Required experience as a practicing physician. Demonstrated leadership experience required.
- At least five (5) years of health care service operations/management experience preferred.
- Prior experience in population health activities preferred.
- Prior experience in provider compensation models preferred.
- Strong intellectual and analytical reasoning skills. A dynamic individual who combines creativity, conceptual ability, and judgment; a self-starter and quick study who possesses high standards and the ability to handle complex matters and multiple concurrent initiatives at strategic, tactical, or operational levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Personable; quickly able to gain confidence and build relationships across diverse constituencies; a good listener with outstanding interpersonal influencing qualities and a natural, consultative style.
- Outstanding communication abilities. Possesses exceptional written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner. Maintains positive, can-do orientation.
