EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Bachelor of Science or related field of study.
  • Advanced degree and/or professional certification desirable.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in progressively increasing management capacities directly overseeing systems analysis and implementation, technical support, and computer operations.
  • Health care, medical insurance and/or financial systems experience.
  • Visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit who can help drive innovation in a changing and highly competitive marketplace.
  • Challenges existing convention and does not settle for the ‘status quo’.
  • Balances competing priorities with speed and effectiveness.
  • Maintains a relentless focus on the customer and providing them a positive experience.
  • Decisive and insightful leader with the ability to operate as a true partner and influential at all levels.
