Chief Administrative Officer - Clinically Integrated Network
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or related field required. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a large, matrix health care related organization leading a support services function such as Finance, Compliance or related field.
- Strong leadership experience in the healthcare industry, with expertise in organizational change and strategic transformation.
- Demonstrated track record of driving successful strategic initiatives, large-scale enterprise projects and other business development efforts. Experience supporting board-level governance operations.
- Prior experience working as an executive leader within a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) is required.
- Ability to lead and influence, fostering a culture of positive change and growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Strong project leadership and management/supervisory skills.
- Understanding of value-based care models and healthcare financing transformation.
- Strategic influencer who drives agreement through intellect and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
