Branch Supervisor- Home Health Care - St Clair Shores- Full Time
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Successful completion of a registered nursing program accredited by the National League for Nursing required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is highly preferred; Master’s degree is desirable.
- A minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience, including one (1) year of progressive responsibility in home health care, is required.
- Interpersonal and customer services skills to interact effectively with individuals from cultural & socioeconomic backgrounds required.
- Visual/hearing/verbal ability to communicate with staff and external agencies required.
- Knowledge and ability to provide guidance and supervision to assigned staff required.
- Written and verbal communication skills required to effectively interact with all levels of customers.
- Must be able to lift, carry, transport, and move clients, if needed.
- Must have reliable transportation and a telephone.
- Must possess a current State of Michigan driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Michigan is required.
