Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Operations Engineering, Business, Health Care Administration or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Five years of progressive experience in the health care industry. Experience in health plans or relevant experience is required.

Requires at least 5 years in a professional role directly involved with organizational performance and business process improvement.

Experience using and applying process improvement best practices and techniques/methodologies in a structured project environment.

Experience overseeing the design, strategy and project planning in technical training.
-
Demonstrated experience in Project Management principles, including Corporate PMO management/implementations.

Demonstrated experience in planning, developing, staffing, and delivering system/technical training to diverse end user constituents
-
Experience and advanced working knowledge of managed care principles and high-level understanding of managed care business functions (e.g. Sales, Membership & Billing, Claims and Medical Mgt.) is requiredMust meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards, and behaviors as outlined in the HFHS/HAP’ Customer Service Policy and summarized below:
