Administrative Director Undergrad Medical Education
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Master’s degree in Education, Education Administration, Public Administration,
Psychology, or related field.
Five (5) years of leadership experience. Experience in medical education strongly
preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with medical staff and medical education
activities.
Skills in medical staff development, recruitment and medical education interactions.
Strong management skills and ability to lead process improvements.
Skill leading hospital-wide programs; ability to obtain management, staff and
physician involvement and accountability in achieving specific operational
outcomes.
Skills in planning, developing and monitoring budgets and operational plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors
