Salesforce Operations Administrator

Responsible for assisting with all Salesforce initiatives for the Medicare Advantage line of business from the scoping phase through mapping and overall execution; develop requirements analysis, perform case reviews, and conduct fit/gap analyses by applying an in-depth understanding of the member/prospective member journey; support management systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment; communicate issues and risks directly with technical management and key stakeholders to ensure a fully integrated solution across multiple work streams; analyze information from various sources to identify trends and opportunities as well as identify information flow; support scrum teams by defining workflows based on management needs; regularly report progress to various levels of leadership within organization and to help leaders make actionable organizational decisions; keep abreast of new capabilities and functionalities needed across the business management processes being supported; plan, design, and recommend business processes to improve and support business management activities; facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, patterns, workflows, gaps, and potential solutions; perform initial analysis of identified management systems issues; understand, develop and propose business requirements; serve as operational business unit SME for the Medicare sales Operations and Retention team; attend daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, code reviews, and appropriate decision-making methods as part of overall management practices analysis; aggregate, analyze, and distribute reports on sales to appropriate internal and external stakeholders; utilize and apply knowledge of fit/gap analysis, management information systems, management practice analysis, business analytics, technical workflows, customer enrollment processes, enrollment metrics tracking/analysis, management/stakeholder presentations, online project implementation processes, and survey data gathering/analysis techniques to perform assigned duties; collaborate cross-functionally with all business function units to ensure membership growth and member retention metrics are reported; focus on immediate needs of the department sales operations to coordinate process improvements for optimum department performance; and coordinate the reporting and monitoring for all lead generating sources.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: Six (6) months in the position above, as a Systems Administrator, as a Graduate Assistant, or in a related occupation;
