IT Data Warehousing Programmer
Responsible for the design, development, production support, enhancement, and maintenance of the data warehouses; create and update of all Project-related artifacts including high and low-level design documents; code the job as per the standards, developing unit test script as well as integrating test script documents and Run book creation for scheduling; troubleshoot application issues and data issues as they arise; provide production support including on-call duties in a 24x7 environment as well as new projects; participate in requirements definition sessions to gain a general perspective on the business objectives and business problems that is to be addressed by the system; work with Business Analysts to gain an understanding of functional requirements; work with Business Analysts to develop design documents; design and develop prototypes and work with the senior personnel to fine tune the data warehouse and make recommendations, including DB and ETL job tuning; participate in code/design reviews to verify that quality standards and functional/technical requirements are met; design, code, test and implement moderately complex programs; develop appropriate programs and systems documentation according to established IT standards; create test scenarios and develop test plans to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated in the system design; analyze testing results throughout the project; support production systems by helping resolve problems, providing timely follow-up on problem report, and optimizing performance and streamlining processes; participate in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried out through the entire project; provide support with escalation response to production issues/errors; perform root cause analysis and application resolution; utilize and apply knowledge of cloud services/platforms, Azure, AWS, and Google to complete tasks; utilize Modern Data Solutions Architecture, Data Lakes/Warehouses/Marts, Operational Data Hubs, and Smart Adaptors for performing duties; apply development skills including DevOps, Python, Scala, SQL, TSQL, and Scripting Languages, as well as Data Storage/Processing/Framework, ADLS Gen2, Azure Function Apps/Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and Azure Synapse Analytics in order to address assignments; utilize and apply knowledge of ETL, Data Pipelines, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Data Consumption, File Validations, Reject Handling, Audit-Balance-Control, Standard Data Feeds, Healthcare Payer Operational Applications, Facets, IKA, Care Radius, Pega, Salesforce Health Cloud, Genesys, Multi-tier Data solutions, Autosys, DB2, Teradata, UNIX, SQL Server, IBM DataStage, XML, Complex flat files, RDBMS, Power BI, Shell Scripts, Oracle, PL/SQL, and ETL tools/jobs to perform assigned duties; provide on call second-level escalation response for client issues and application problem tickets; and ensure proper documentation and on-time delivery of all technical artifacts and deliverables.
Location: Detroit, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US.
Salary: $104,062 per year.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
Experience: Four (4) years in the position above, as a Technology Lead, as a Data Warehousing Lead, as an ETL Technology Analyst, as a Sr. Systems Analyst, or in a related occupation.
Other Requirements: Experience must include four (4) years use of all the following: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, IBM DataStage, SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Oracle, Facets, IKA, Care Radius, Salesforce Health Cloud, Genesys, Azure Function Apps/Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and Autosys.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
