Digital Marketing Specialist - Health Alliance Plan
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Technical, Advertising/Marketing-related or other relevant degree program. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience supporting integrated digital activities
- Demonstrated experience using a data-driven approach to inform implementation and improve performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and applied experience,
- Possess a proficient technical acumen with the ability to communicate technical requirements to business partners.
- Knowledge of SQL servers or other similar databases
- Project management experience
- Agency experience
- Health insurance or health care industry experience
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of digital delivery systems and design/ layout best practices
- Knowledge of social media channels and engagement best practices
- Knowledge of campaign creation and management in CRM systems
- Ability to envision constituent journeys (e.g. prospect, member, provider, producers) based on communications channels and calls to action
- Expert organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques (e.g. sales funnel optimization)
