Compliance Coordinator - Health Alliance Plan
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent of 3 years relevant compliance experience.
- Three (3) year administrative and project coordination experience in a health insurance or professional business environment
- One (1) year of experience in health insurance managed care environment is preferred.
- Ability to develop, organize, analyze and implement procedures
- Strong orientation to deadlines and details with the ability to meet competing deadlines
- Clear and concise demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds at a variety of levels
- Strong creative communication skills – necessary to improve engagement and understanding of regulatory guidance and messaging in new and recurring educational material. Objective and creative analytical skills
- Proficient in PC-based Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to gain knowledge and expertise in new software applications deployed to support compliance mission and messaging
- Basic html knowledge
- Advanced Lectora course development software knowledge
- Advanced experience with audio and video editing
- Advanced knowledge with Health Stream e-learning program
- Some knowledge of Captivate and Snag-it is beneficial
