Network Assistant - Prevention & Community Health - Full Time - Allegiance Health
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a commensurate combination of education and experience that are aligned with the functional responsibilities of the position.
Minimum Work Experience:
Experience documenting in electronic systems/databases.
Experience preparing and presenting education messages using a variety of media.
Required Licenses/Certifications:
None
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Excellent administrative assistant skills, including minute-taking, strong analytical skills, writing skills that exhibit a high level of command of the English language (both written and verbal), as well as proficiency in integrated computer software applications and internet/intranet communications and research is required.
Superior written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
Attention to detail with the ability to seek and analyze information to support problem solving and decision making.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to collaborate with community organizations to coordinate activitiesMust provide excellent customer service and public relations, and exhibit a high level of professionalism
Physically capable of standing, walking, stooping, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
