EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Recent experience as an executive in a health care service or other industry environment is preferred.
  • Master’s Degree in nursing, health administration or business administration.
  • Ten (10) years of progressive healthcare leadership and operational experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES:

  • Possesses creativity, conceptual ability and judgment.  Self-starter and quick study who possesses high standards and the ability to handle complex matters and multiple concurrent initiatives at strategic, tactical or operational levels.

Good listener with outstanding influencing qualities and a natural, consultative style.  Outstanding communication skills. Possesses good written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner.  Ability to function as a leader and part of a team.
  • Strong presence and open and direct leadership style. Adaptable and flexible.
  • Motivates and inspires teams and adjusts to varied audiences effectively.  Ability to balance process, results and relationships.
  • Ability to generate change and results. Energetic, resourceful and hands-on with a strong service orientation.
  • Focus on continuing improvements and striving for excellence.  High level of credibility and integrity.
