Vice President Operations Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Recent experience as an executive in a health care service or other industry environment is preferred.
- Master’s Degree in nursing, health administration or business administration.
- Ten (10) years of progressive healthcare leadership and operational experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES:
- Strong intellectual and analytical reasoning skills.
- Possesses creativity, conceptual ability and judgment. Self-starter and quick study who possesses high standards and the ability to handle complex matters and multiple concurrent initiatives at strategic, tactical or operational levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Possesses the ability to gain confidence and build relationships across diverse constituencies. Good listener with outstanding influencing qualities and a natural, consultative style. Outstanding communication skills. Possesses good written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner. Ability to function as a leader and part of a team.

- Motivates and inspires teams and adjusts to varied audiences effectively. Ability to balance process, results and relationships.
