Vice President Medical Education
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Master’s degree in healthcare, business, education or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive administrative leadership experience in healthcare, university or non-profit environment, including director-level responsibility in a complex organization.
Exceptional planning and presentation skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven skills leading strategic planning, finance and operational functions. Ability to obtain management, staff and physician involvement and accountability in achieving specific operational outcomes. Ability to manage complex integration, administrative and interpersonal issues.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal stressors associated with the healthcare environment. Mental ability to develop and implement recommendations and strategies, make independent judgments, supervise/manage others who may not directly report to individual. Ability to relate to others through a high degree of verbal and written communication. Ability to influence others with no direct line of reporting.
Office environment with minimal exposure to noise, dust or extreme temperatures. Some exposure to communicable diseases through employee/patient interactions on the units.
