Team Leader Optometric Tech - West Bloomfield - Full Time
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Requires High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Requires at least six months experience in the Optometric Tech position.

Completion of all required training courses, including the HFHS Leadership Charge Training program.

Requires the ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in

writing; the ability to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences; the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand; and the ability to use basic math skills

Retail or Hospitality experience preferred

American Board of Opticianry Certification (ABOC) and or National Contact Lens

Examiners Certification (NCLE) preferred

Prior management experience preferred

Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and occasionally

lift and or move up to 50 pounds

Requires the leadership skills and drive to achieve office goals and outcomes

Must be able to motivate and direct a team of professionals
