Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.

Five (5) years employment history

Required Licenses/Certifications

Valid LMSW or LPC license in the State of Michigan.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Professional integrity in handling confidential matters.

Computer proficiency including Microsoft Work, Excel and email applications.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

If not credentialed, must be willing to enter into a development plan with the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals to obtain necessary credentials.

Preferred Qualifications
-
CAADC substance abuse credential is preferred.

Experience in providing treatment for substance abuse or mental health patients.
