Senior Development Officer

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree from four-year College in related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in major gift or planned gift fundraising or related experience.
- Experience in raising six (6) figure gifts preferred.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Works well with donors, volunteers, executive leadership, medical group leadership, development peers and other administrators. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building skills, organizational skills and solid knowledge of fundraising. Must be guided by a compelling “client/customer” orientation and strategic thinking. Computer skills are essential and include word processing, spreadsheet creation/management, database management, fundraising software and other relevant software packages.
