Senior Customer Experience Analyst - Health Alliance Plan - Troy
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required OR a minimum 6 years of work experience in a related field in lieu of the degree required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a position that requires data and root cause analysis and trend reporting.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a health care, business or insurance environment with knowledge of HMO, PPO and/or Medicare products.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and driving process improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Demonstrated proficient use and knowledge of various software programs, such as Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Flowchart (Visio/Excel)
- Microsoft Office Skills Testing.
- Must successfully complete a Business Writing Assessment.
- Demonstrated experience in applying analysis and research techniques and experience in coordinating projects and obtaining results.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, listening, verbal communication and business writing skills including creating and presenting presentations.
- Demonstrated technical understanding of database oriented computer systems.
