The Home Care Team Supervisor provides leadership in collaboration with the Manager to plan, organize, and supervise the care administered to a specific patient population in order to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
At least one (1) year of experience in nursing
Ability to problem-solve with effective verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of medical coding for Home Care
Possesses strong nursing processes, critical thinking, advanced assessment skills, and knowledge about the care of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients is required
Interpersonal skills to effectively lead the Patient Care Team are required

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Current Michigan nursing license required
Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle insured, as required by the State of Michigan

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in a supervisory capacity desired
Knowledge of hospital operations, policies and procedures desired
