RN- Acute Dialysis- Detroit
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in behavioral science discipline.
- Terminal degree in clinical discipline.
- Licensed or license eligible within one year of hire-date in the State of Michigan.
- Experience and enthusiasm for teaching advanced adult learners who cover a wide span in both Medical School training and life experience based on demographics.
- Experience in curriculum development in the areas of behavioral health, health promotion, and social determinants of health.
- An understanding of primary care, physician practice and working among and with underserved populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of clinicians and faculty
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing evidence-based approaches to care.
- Scholarship or clinical expertise in mind-body related interventions including their application to enhance trainee wellness.
- Scholarship or strengths for creation of relationship centered care training experiences.
- Ability to collaborate on research and provide research mentorship to residents and faculty.
