Regional Practice Manager - GME IM Clinic and Senior Health - Full Time - Allegiance Health
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field such as Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required.
- Minimum of two (2) years medical practice management experience required.
- Supervision of a minimum of ten (10) employees in a clinical setting required.
- Knowledge of:
- Human resource, organizational and clinical office policies, procedures and systems.
- Computer systems and applications.
- Fiscal management.
- Medical practices, terminology and reimbursement policies.
- Grammar, spelling, punctuation and sentence structure to answer correspondence and prepare reports.
- Skills in:
- Planning, organizing, delegating and supervising
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures
- Operating a variety of office equipment and computer programs.
- Abilities to:
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Exercise initiative, problem-solving and decision-making.
- Apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems.
- Interact and work effectively with patients, staff, public, providers and departments within Allegiance Health.
- Establish priorities and coordinate work activities among multiple requests.
