EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field such as Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years medical practice management experience required.
  • Supervision of a minimum of ten (10) employees in a clinical setting required.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Human resource, organizational and clinical office policies, procedures and systems.
    • Computer systems and applications.
    • Fiscal management.
    • Medical practices, terminology and reimbursement policies.
    • Grammar, spelling, punctuation and sentence structure to answer correspondence and prepare reports.
  • Skills in:
    • Planning, organizing, delegating and supervising
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures
    • Operating a variety of office equipment and computer programs.
  • Abilities to:
    • Communicate clearly and effectively.
    • Exercise initiative, problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems.
    • Interact and work effectively with patients, staff, public, providers and departments within Allegiance Health.
    • Establish priorities and coordinate work activities among multiple requests.
