Project Planner-Owner's Rep - Full Time/Days - Allegiance Health - Jackson, MI
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience
5 years hospital and commercial construction management and master site planning experience
Experienced with computer programs such as Power Point, Excel
Previous successful project management with at least two projects over $5M
High-level analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
Required Licenses/Certifications
Valid Michigan driver’s license with acceptable driving record as determined through the Allegiance Health System insurance carrier
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Must be well versed in contract language, blueprint interpretation, budgeting, operational planning, regulatory codes and overall project management
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
Ability to advance-plan for scheduling and resolving issues
Great attention to detail
