Peripheral Nerve Neurosurgeon
The Henry Ford Medical Group (HFMG) is seeking a board eligible/certified Neurosurgeon, specializing in peripheral Nerve and Spine Neurosurgery for the busy clinical practices at Henry Ford Hospital in Southeast MI. This opportunity is ideal for a Neurosurgeon who has an interest in building and continuing to grow the tertiary and quaternary care practice. This provider will report to the chair of Neurosurgery.
Opportunity:
· Level I trauma center
· Resident and medical student teaching is a core part of this position.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurologists, neurointerventional radiologists, orthopedic surgeons, plastic surgeons, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
· Offers a tenure-track academic appointment for those who qualify, through Michigan State University - College of Human Medicine and Wayne State School of Medicine.

- Must have a valid medical degree
- Must have completed an ACGME/AOA approved Neurosurgery Residency Program
- Fellowship training in Peripheral Nerve desired
- Ideal candidates will have experience in the diagnosis and management of neurofibromatosis
- Must be board eligible or board certified
