Patient Services Specialist I (Part Time - 30 Hours / Day Shift) - Central Business Office - Troy
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1.High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
2. Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
3. Experience in customer service or healthcare-related field.
Three to five years prior experience in a healthcare revenue cycle position or in customer service role preferred.
4. Bilingual preferred.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, supervisor, and manager.
6. Ability to work independently.
Minimum pay: $15.39/hr
This rate is the minimum pay for the position. Actual compensation will be based on education, years of experience, and other factors at the time of offer.
