Office Support Specialist - Southfield -Full Time - Days -Hybrid Position
EDUCATION:
- Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Associates degree or college coursework in business preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Requires computer proficiency, the ability to accurately type, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Outlook preferred.
- Requires strong organization and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and tasks.
- Understands the concepts, purpose and safety precautions for e-Home Care equipment and can demonstrate appropriate knowledge through testing equipment.
- Completes all installation and follow-up documentation on a timely basis. Connects equipment to phone line, cable modem or wireless devices, identifies and diagnoses connection difficulties and troubleshoots multiple pieces of wireless equipment.
- Identifies safety risks and ensures compliance for use of equipment.
- Cleans and inspects equipment according to manufacture recommendations. Notifies leadership of equipment concerns and makes recommendations for resolution.
- Participates in evaluation of e-Home Care processes and recommends changes and/or improvements.
