Mobile Integrated Health Paramedic, Detroit
- Three to five (3-5) years of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical skills with knowledge of emergency medicine and chronic disease management.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy and pathophysiology as well as related clinical pathways and implications in high-risk populations.
- Extensive understanding of community resources and the needs of diverse populations.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational, planning and implementation skills.
- Able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative and resourceful with ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable to a changing work environment.
- Licensure as a Paramedic with a valid State of Michigan license.
- American Heart Association - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- American Heart Association - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Valid State of Michigan Driver's License.
- Work in a clinical environment and patient residence with potential exposure to communicable disease.
