Medical Office Coor (Cath Lab) / Fulltime / Days - Detroit
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
HS/GED with five or more years of progressively responsible secretarial/ administrative work experience required to provide familiarity with office systems required.
Knowledge of medical terminology required.
Proficiency in Microsoft software programs required.
Ability to transcribe dictation from a recording machine.
Ability to take dictation at 100 wpm is highly desirable.
Requires advanced interpersonal skill in order to coordinate the work of others and to interface with all levels of hospital management and outsiders.
Vision
Near Acuity: Ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less.
Depth Perception: Ability to judge distance and space relationships.
Accommodation: Ability to adjust vision to bring objects into focus.
Color Vision: Ability to distinguish and identify different colors necessary to perform job functions.
