Mangager - Payment Integrity - Health Alliance Plan (full-time)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.

Master’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Management or related field preferred.

At least five (5) years of administrative experience involving operations is required.

At least three (3) years of experience in leadership required.

Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop employees including success in team building.
-
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and assess communication plans and programs.
-
Experience working with both leadership and staff in multiple settings.
-
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and evaluate activities that support related corporate strategies.
-
Demonstrated examples of project management.

Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and manage data as well as develop strategic plans to support analysis and results.
-
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-
Knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry operations.
-
Knowledge of related health care laws, regulations, industry standards, and health plan obligations.

Understanding of operational workflow and its relationship to systems and other functional areas of the organization.

Comprehensive understanding of transactional processing systems.
$63,107 is the minimum salary amount. *This rate is the minimum pay for the position. Actual compensation will be based on education, years of experience, and other factors at the time of offer.
