EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.

  • Six months related customer service is required.

  • Must be able to read and write and understand oral and written instructions.

  • Must be proficient with using a computer including Microsoft Word and email

  • Must always be clean, neat and professional in appearance.

  • Must have good interpersonal skills, customer service attributes and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

  • Must demonstrate and always use customer friendly demeanor and etiquette.

     

    CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

    A valid, unrestricted, and insurable Michigan Driver’s License in a good standing (three or fewer points) preferred.

    Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as outlined in the

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Must have near and far visual accurateness, depth, and spatial perception when driving vehicles.

  • Walking with, pushing and lifting patients of carrying medical conditions, weights, and ambulatory restrictions.
