Ldr-Clinic Service Representv (Mobile Mammography) / 20 Hours per Week / West Bloomfield
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Experience as a Clinic Service Representative.
Demonstrates excellence in utilization of HFHS EHR.
Excellent work quality and quantity.
Excellent communication skills.
Required to perform calculations, complete forms, extensively utilize computer information system.
Familiarity with clinic environment preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
Requires interpersonal skills to deal effectively both over the telephone and in person with patients, visitors, medical staff, and other clinic and/or hospital personnel.
Ability to perform a variety of tasks in a timely manner to meet clinic staff and patient needs.
Ability to discuss with patients their general financial responsibilities and connect the patient with the Customer Service Center at the Corporate Business Office.
Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
Ability to work within a team setting and be supportive of team members.
Successful completion of yearly competencies.
Basic computer skills (i.e., knowledgeable opening software/email, navigate on keyboard, logging in and out of computer).
Ability to work effectively with populations of diverse backgrounds and ages
Dependable and punctual
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Will need to work out of WB Region.
1. Provide backup support to other Coordinators functions and performs the duties in the route of another region.
2. Light housekeeping of the mobile bus
3. Perform daily check list as required by state law.
4. Able to refuel and check fluid levels and top off as necessary.
5. Must be able to pass the medical examination exam.
6. Must possess Commercial Driver’s License class B. Training will be offered.
7. Manual dexterity and eye, hand, and foot coordination are necessary to drive the bus.
8. Must carry driver’s license and medical examiner certificate at all times
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
