IT Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - IT Business Systems (Detroit)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Five to seven (5-7) years of applicable work experience required; experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience in managing complete Software Testing Life cycle (STLC), including all phases of testing like unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, load testing, performance testing, stress testing etc.
- One plus (1+) years hands-on experience with setup, configuration and maintenance of automated testing tools such as Microsoft Test Manager, HP Quality Center, Test Director, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with load/performance testing tools such as HP LoadRunner, Rational Performance Tester or similar.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven ability to provide attention to details
- Proven ability to identify and create test scenarios for possible error and boundary conditions
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
