Global Nursing Education Specialist - Fulltime - Systemwide
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally required.
- Current passport for international travel required.
- Masters's degree in Nursing required.
- Current Michigan RN licensure required, or ability to obtain Michigan licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and education, educational design, and delivery required.
- Requires competence in curriculum or program design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials required.
- Ability to interpret and assess training and development needs.
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats.
