- Manage complex financial reporting and financial projects, involving coordination of multiple participants and/or teams.
- Research and review of financial data in preparation for presentation of financial statements to executive and/or clinical teams and assist in identifying issues/opportunities to address.
- Verify financial and key volume data for reasonableness and identify issues as they arise.
- Preparation of variance analysis explanations for month-to-date and/or year-to-date variances.
- Analysis of financial data for trends to help determine potential financial outcome.
- Work with operations teams to develop and refine scope of new growth initiatives.
- Perform cost benefit analysis utilizing our cost systems and other analytics tools.
- Assist operations with short- and long-term strategic growth.
- Evaluate the financial impact of previously implemented projects to determine if financial targets are met.
- Provide financial support for presentations, committees and business reviews for various levels of leadership.
- Identify opportunities for growth and/or cost savings within the Service Lines.
- Assist in developing annual operating and capital budgets.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and presentations, as required.
- Other duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Requires a Bachelors Degree in Finance, accounting, or a related field. Masters Degree is preferred.
- Requires a minimum of five to seven years in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Previous supervisory and/or consulting experience is preferred.
