Director, Learning & Development (OHRD)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in training and development, instructional design, education, training, human resources, organization development, or related field required. Master’s degree a plus
- 10+ years of experience in Learning, Training, Leadership Development, and/or Organizational Development
- Successful experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, Successive Approximation Model), development and delivery of strategies/curriculum, training, development for a large organization
- 5+ years of progressive management / leadership experience
- Ability to lead organization-wide initiatives, including the ability to bring diverse groups of individuals at varying levels of an organization together to work towards a common goal
- Strong strategic thinking skills with an ability to articulate a clear, compelling vision
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning techniques and ability to measure training effectiveness
- Excellent facilitation and content delivery skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and related platforms
