Coordinator-Michigan Spine Surgery Improvement Collaborative- Database-Detroit Campus, Full Time
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Degree in database administration preferred.
- Three-five years' experience in health care research with at least one year of experience and training in multi-site research required.
- Three years of experience managing, designing, and/or coordinating for a multi-site clinical trial, disease registry, data collection process for a local clinical database or registry and/or clinical data collection for multiple facilities required.

Must be able to work independently.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong diplomacy and collaboration skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
Knowledge of use and development of survey software and web-based user interfaces. Knowledge and use of SQL.
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge and use of database platforms.
Ability to relate effectively with all levels of management and end-users of registry website. Excellent project management and time management skills. Strong mentoring and customer service skills.
