KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Minimum Education and Preferred Experience:

  • · Bachelor’s Degree, with some classes in psychology, sociology and group dynamics.·
  •  At least 1 year of experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities.
  •  Experience in planning and facilitating actual meetings

Certifications/Licenses Required:

  • Current CPR certification preferred (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
  • If applicable, current State of Michigan licensure.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

  •  Flexible schedule, including evening and occasional weekend hours
  • Ablity to access reliable transportation
  • Professional communication via phone, e-mail, fax, text, conference calling, in-person
