Clinical Nurse Specialist - Comprehensive Clinical Care/Women & Children's Services - Full Time - Varied - Allegiance Health - Jackson, MI
Minimum Education:
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) focus required or current student in MSN with CNS focus with successful completion of program within one (1) year of hire
Minimum Work Experience:
Minimum of three years of nursing experience in specialty area
Required Licenses/Certifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Promote professional advancement of staff
Facilitate the use of clinical outcomes to manage specific patient populations
Preferred Qualifications:
BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC provider
Instructor status preferred
CEN or CCRN
PALS optional
