CCS -Business Intelligence Analyst- 40 hours- day shifts
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Applied Science.
- OR an Associate degree with 10 years of healthcare analyst experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- One to two (1-2) years of healthcare or business setting experience required.
- Experience in the use of any Enterprise Databases or shared data repository.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) report development.
- Experience in the use of a programming language.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products; including Excel and Power Pivot. Understanding of SQL, data visualization tools, and relational databases.
- Customer service experience with active listening skills. Ability to present information to diverse audiences.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of statistical concepts.
