EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required. (Degree in Analytics, Project Management, and Management Engineering preferred). One to three (1-3) years of experience preparing and presenting data analytics to support strategic planning preferred. One to three (1-3) years of related project management, LEAN, analytics, or system experience preferred. Strong computer skills and aptitude for: Network environments, Microsoft office applications, Outlook, CRM, and Workforce Management. Experience managing applications Access applications such as Workforce Optimization, CRM, IVR, call routing or reporting software and systems preferred. Must possess the following personal qualities: Problem solving skills - ability to approach problems logically and trouble shoot. Able to maintain confidentiality requirements in this Human Resources related role. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Seeks out new learning experiences. Possesses excellent time management skills, including: multitasking, setting appropriate priorities to accomplish multiple tasks with multiple deadlines. Employees are expected to keep their area clean and organized as well as common areas, as assigned.
