Web Specialist - Health Alliance Plan - Troy
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, technology, business or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of combined digital, social media, usability and digital marketing/ operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience using Google Analytic data to develop digital strategies.
- Experience interacting and making recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
- At least two (2) years serving in a product owner role of a corporation’s content management system, preferably Sitecore preferred.
- Project management experience preferred
- Holding a current Google Analytics certification, Google Ads certification and/or a current SEO certification from an accredited institution strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of web content management systems (CMS)
- Command of search engine optimization and web copy writing
- Expert knowledge of web site analytics platforms, i.e. Google Analytics
- Expert organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Possess an advanced technical acumen with the ability to communicate technical requirements to business partners
- Direct experience using JIRA (or other collaborative software) to manage projects including the support of user acceptance testing
- Experience with wireframes and prototyping tools
- Be a highly motivated self-starter. Candidate must be comfortable working independently to achieve a successful result with minimal guidance
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make complicated ideas understandable to a broad audience
- Confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously and under deadlines
- Possess proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of SEO tools like Moz, SEMrush, and Brightedge
